Information Referral Services Inc. is a public records information provider that specializes in searches for use in business and personal matters. We are committed to providing accurate, timely, inexpensive information. This site outlines our services and allows you to order easily and quickly online.

Overview
Information Record Searches are primarily requested in order to determine a Subject's past relationship with the law and to verify assets, location etc. This is especially important if the Subject will be in close contact with (1) the public (2) a loved one (3) children or the elderly, and/or (4) valuables.  A few examples would include: nannies, baby-sitters, house-cleaners, potential business associates, etc.

Legal Restrictions
Because Information Filings are a matter of Public Record, there are almost no restrictions and may be ordered on any individual. Unlike credit reports, you need not obtain consent from the Subject of your inquiry, nor demonstrate a need for the  information. Federal law not only permits, but requires, that courts provide the public with access (usually in-person) to the criminal records in custody of the court.  An exception to this rule are records which have been sealed or expunged, or offenses committed by juveniles. These records are not available and will not be reported.

You will find us very economical.  Giant information companies are most responsive, but they cling to old technologies, re-sell "old" data and charge excessive fees.

Our goal is to bridge the gap by bringing better and more reasonably priced information to more professionals and law-enforcement agencies.

Finally, all our databases are "word-indexed" so you can be assured you're getting the best information each time we conduct a search.  Many services have "string indexing." From a researcher's standpoint, that's not the most effective way.

We will NOT provide information that is obtained unlawfully.  All Information that is provided will be obtained in a lawful manner.  Stated two ways to make our point.

Cost
Our Policy is "NO FIND - NO FEE"   If we are NOT able to provide you with Information beyond the information you provide in your request we will not charge you for our services.  Any and ALL known information you provide us will allow us to do a complete search on your subject.  (i.e.  Name, DOB or Approximate Age, Car Owned, Address, Social Security Number, Etc.)
